Our office here in Michigan hosts a Motorcycle Safety Program that has helped teach thousands of motorcyclists the skills necessary to ride safely every time they are on their bike. Last year, I worked on an internal video highlighting the 10th anniversary of our relationship with the course.
A project that started with me spending a couple of early weekend mornings with the RiderCoaches and students somehow turned into me actually enrolling in the course. That’s right, me — driving a motorcycle. Before that weekend last June, I had never even been on a motorcycle.
Since May is Motorcycle Safety Month, I’ll be sharing my Motorcycle Safety Course experience throughout the month. There will be video (much of it embarrassing for me), quizzes, and an epilogue that occurs about nine months later. How’s that for a teaser? Check back for more.
